Beautiful SR25. That thing's almost as long as a broom.

    New job (again....yea, again).
2 problems occurred with the last paint job scheme.
#1. Because I didn't use a Krylon Camo color base coat, the Satin series paint wore off quicker. I chose not to use the Camo khaki at the time because the color was too "dry" and light.
#2.(The deciding factor to go with a new scheme) The weather here's been unexpectedly warm, so most of the vegetation is still green, (actually greener now than it was during the summer!!).
This is also my first time to use vegetation as a stencil.

And the carbine with the AP and suppressor in the old snake pattern theme.

Suggestions are welcome, as I do get new ideas from them.
When I get an AR15 or AR180B (can't decide between the 2), I'm planning on painting it as well. I guess the airsoft M4 is a good practice template to use.

And with the silencer's different pattern it's even better.

More fancy that useful painting Kilko, but aesthetically pleasing. Use more contrasting, lighter base colour, and the pattern is too small to effectively break the shape of the gun. But it surely looks cool.

    Thanks for the comments guys.
Catch22, thanks for the suggestion, I'll keep that in mind. It's a bit late now to change anything, but I'll try to remember that suggestion.

    Edit:
I finished the ribbed handguard and old 4 position stock. For some unknown reason, I like this setup more with this camo...as it seems sleeker. The RIS and PEQ seemed to break the streamlined design of the carbine.

    Hey Milla,

How does the carbine hang with that sling and the battery in the back?
The reason I'm asking, is because I don't like the balance of mine with the 3-point sling I have when I just let it hang freely. Any chance of a pic of you wearing it?

    grtz,
    nilz

    Ok, lets try again:

    VFC HK416DX
    G&P flashlight
    PEQ w/battery
    KA Bipod (borrowed from friend)
KA-09 Aimpoint with borrowed mount (Included L-mount is too low).
    8xMAG HK magazines
    Bollé x800
    NFM CV-1 vest
    etc.

I know this is gun-thread, but had to throw in some scenery

And i know i overdid the paracord, but i didnt want to cut it, and now everything sits safe and firmly.
