    it's an ICS isn't it?
Nice work. It's amazing in these pictures, you can't tell the difference between a real steel and the toy. A good picture for all the people who laught at ICS.

Hi I'm a long time reader of this forum, and this is my first time to post my
    stuff here.
    Enjoy(I hope)!~

    My M16A4
For some reasons, after I've fulfilled my dream on building myself a perfect
    SBR(An 11.5" HKM4 actually).I've started to understand I'm not quite a "SBR People" eventually.
Due to my height and my size I look pretty awkward with a CQB lenght rifle.
so I've decided to build myself an full lenght rifle. And this is the out come,
and I love it pretty much.

Ok I know a bushmaster lower is wrong for a M16A4.
But since there's no lower receiver with FN marking on the market by far so this is the best i could choose.

Instead of painting my rifle to give the "battled" look,
I choose sand paper to do the job.

    Thanks for watching.

No, all Marui, all the way. I'm a diehard Marui fan.

Damn Korben, that receiver looks GREAT! I love how you did the sandpaper, you should do that to your mags too to give everything the 'worn' look!

Korbendallas, that is a very realistic and unique finish! To help fade the scratch effects, perhaps you could buff it with finer sandpaper?

Great job! How did you do it? Does it blend in well, or does it just look cool?

Thanks bobbo. It actually blends really well, breaks up the blocky look of the gun in the trees. As far as the painting goes, many hours of tapeing the splinters one at a time to make sure they were covering properly then spray the color take off tape repeat till you get what you want

    Cheers
