It depends on the brand of AEG. If for PTW or VFC, yes they will probably fit "drop-in". If not PTW, there will be alignment issues and whatnot, due to the little variations of measurments from one AEG manufacturer to the next, but it doesn't mean they can't fit--a little DIYing can make them fit, but then who wants to Dremel an expensive Magpul handguard just to make it fit for airsoft right?

have you tried looking at insight technologies m3 tac light?
I bought a Surefire G2 from AAFES for like 30 bucks, then ill just buy a Vtac mount for 19. Kilo1-1 runs the same set up.
