    The person closest in the picture is missing his frontsight but, he wouldent have used it anyways

    Well, since Plesetsk is military installation:

    Be careful with assumptions remember some of these guys have been soldiers since their 8th or 9th birthday which is very common in places like this around the world. So you figure by their 18th or 20th birthday. They would be quite formidable.
