According to Rheinmetal-Borsig, the rate of fire was
    • M.K.103 - 480 rpm.
    • M.K.108 - 930 rpm.
    • M.K.112 - 400 rpm.

Although the question has been answered, if you want more information on aircraft guns I can highly recommend Tony William's site, at http://www.quarry.nildram.co.uk/

Particularly this page, which argues the merits of 20mm cannon over .50 machine guns:

Some of the figures posted so far seem on the high side. The MK 103 fired at 360 rpm (AP) or 420 rpm (HE), while the MK 108 fired at 600-650 rpm. There was an experimental version of the MK 108 which hit around 900 rpm but that never saw service.
