    Those black guys probably belong to JÖAK, Jandarma Özel Asayiş Komutanlığı, Gendarmerie Special Security.. Same guys storming the building, they use P90s...They are both used for counter-terror and civilian SAR missions..

    As for the winter pics, I have seen a number of Israeli or other photos marked as Turkish ones, those sources should not be trusted...

    Johan, yes we use "Osmanlı", I wonder why foreigners call it "Ottoman"..

    @dustdevil,our Greek friends try to boost their forces and willing to say they are much better...


    @Greek friends,this forum is not consist of offensive sentences to Greek and its citizens.But everybody must be honest when talking Turks and Great Ottoman Empire.Everybody must be aware of capacity,limits,numbers,population,surface area,seas,etc... of their nation.


    Well,I salute everybody,I would like to indicate a issue.Turkish Forces,its SP s,other SP teams are far superior when you compare to EU countries and neighbours.Why? Coz these forces are always in battlefield,it means real battlefield not only in training.We had just finished PKK revolt.We have still fought in mountains...Others are extreme religion groups,we still fight with our SP Gendairme teams,Police SWATS to extreme terrorist groups...And everybody knows other issues in Eagean,Cyprus.The Turkish forces are always ready to fight with 6-7 different country at the same time.We must know our limits,our history.Otherwise,we can always find ourselves in a trip of dreams...Turkey is a so different country than you imagine,dream.It makes balance of west-east,it makes balance of cultures,it makes balance of serious issues on the territory.
    You cannot put the limits of this country in only EU. In recent numbers of Growing Percent,Turkey is the 1st in OECD countries with %9.8,the 2nd is %5.3...I can show you lots of numbers of Turkey to expllain what is Turkey or not,what is limit or not? dont stay much in your dreams,come to real life.

    Why does USA,Israel always mention,bring up,talk we are strategical partner with Turkey? Dont u estimate what does it mean? Dont you think why do they always talk like this? Coz Turkey s the dominant and very very important country in Balkans,Middle East(Iraq,Iran,Syria,Cyprus,Kirim,Afghanistan,Pakistan...),Caucasus territory.
    You must be aware of limits,and right informations...If you only talk we are "much better,so much better,so good to be true", we only regard and after laugh... very funny.

    Well my Turk friend our posts did not consist of insults to your nation or your armed forces - although they seem to able to kill the enemy just by looking at him.

    As far as knowing the capacity of your nation and armed forces you seem to be very confident of them to excess. Better than anyone in the EU? Including Britain then? They never go on the battlefield?

    Anyway I did not enter into a comparison match of our armed forces and yours either. You are a nation of 70 million people and we are 10 million. All I am saying is that we are not willing to give up one inch of our territory to anyone. We fight like lions and have proved it in the past and the armed forces of any nation don't scare us. We don't use our armed forces to intimidate anyone or conduct foreign policy or diplomacy based on that. So you can come over and try us with your red and purple berets if you want but we are no PKK.

    1-Population s Turks over 250 million in the world.In Turkey the number s :76 million

    2-Yes,I m very very confident,especially when topic returns the Arm Forces of nations.And I m very proud of a part of this glorius nation Turkey (Ottoman Empire,Hun Empire,Selcuk Empire...)but it doesnt mean I dont respect ur nation.I respect you and ur nation too.

    3-We dont use our armed forces to intimidate too...But in the world the arm forces are so important for foreign policy and in related issues...Everybody knows it...

    4-You are lion or anything else,I respect you...I dont wanna say opposite to.Coz Greeks are my friend for me.We all same in lots of things if you consider it carefully.Foods,Funs,Some musics,...etc.I do not wanna to breed discrimination.We must be friend,have to built up good relationships,we musnt track the politicians for their domestic politics,inner plans...

    I would like to ask a question (before translation) that where you ve taken this paragragh,it smells a little bit anti-Turk article...

    it s about "a suicide of JOAK member " called Commandor Cumhur Burcu due to his bad-psychological situation.
