Is it true that Turkey recently delivered 12nos 155mm PANTER Artillery pieces to Pakistan ?

The Panter's were delivered to Pakistan Army Artillery School, AFAIK.

It looks like the indigenous Boa thermal sight for sharpshooters. You can see its sister product Piton at the back also.
