They were once young like us (yes, i know some of you are whopping 30 years old).

But they werent chatting at internet, they were shooting each others at deadly, bloody battlefield we cannot even imagine. Big salute to them for stabilizing and building the world we currently know and live in. 65 years. Thats not a lot, think about it.

Ps. My grandfather is 87 years old, he has been trough Finnish WW2, trough 5 biiig surgeries (broken joints), spend years (yes, years) recovering at hospitals. Still, he is fitter than i am, makes me sad to think about it.. How would you think if 2rd generation after you would turn up a generation of goddamn geeks!? Everytime i see them i just cant do nothing but think "damn, how did they pull trough all that?".

On has to wonder how many soldiers and insurgents die in Iraq because of careless use of weapons...

Finger on trigger, weapon unsafe... ...and this is not just one photo, they seem to be doing it constantly everywhere.

I thought the US never flew F-5's during the Vietnam War. However, they did send some to the South Vietnamese. Looks they took one of those and repainted it in US markings.

*edit* Did some research, and apparently they were evaluated there.
