Military Style Workout
I don't know if this is the right section to post this in, but I would really like to get some kind of a step-by-step guide on how to do the Marine and Army basic training work outs. Pictures on how to do these will also be greatly appreciated.
The ones I am looking for the most are, how to do a propper Starjump, and other on the spot kind of exercises.
Thanks for your time

Working out is easy, staying consistence is the hard part. I think you should mix your workout a little bit so you won't get bore and slack off.
I hate running because I find it lonely and you have to dodge cars that don't share the road.
