I have a question, would the relationship between the 1.PSK and GROM be similar to the one between the Australian SASR and 4 RAR (commando) in mission profile's and style, or is the 1.PSK mearly an elite infantry unit like the Royal marines?
GROM is subordinated directly to the ministry of defence; 1PSK is the part of the Army (land forces). So, the relationship between this units is very similar to the relationship between Green Berets and 1SFOD in US Military, but there are some analogy to the Aussies too. Anyway - 1PSK is the SF unit, not an infantry.Originally Posted by moughoun
