I'll lay money that was the Kiowa shot down during our January 15th firefight. Made it almost all the way back to base before it had to set down. (Small arms hit the rocket pod, propellant burned out the side into the body of the chopper)
I'm still looking for Mosul tank pictures from back that period of time...

Most if not all patches shown are 25th ID, is the 25th Infantry Division part of the 24th Infantry Regiment?
The 1st Battalion, 24th Infantry Regiment, "Deuce Four", is stationed out of Fort Lewis in Washington State. The unit is currently deployed in Mosul, Iraq. The "Deuce Four" Battalion is a member of the 1st Brigade, 25th Infantry Division (Stryker Brigade Combat Team)
