The one thing that has always confused me in paintball is the correct clothing "etiquette" that seems to differ in various places.

Now, these Korean paintball people seem to be dressed completely non-military like, and I have also seen many people do the same here. But, then again you see people dressed in camouflage clothing and act rather military-like while playing paintball, so my question would be the following:

what is the so-called image of paintball, now is it a military simulation like matter such as airsoft or is it something more media-friendly?

I remember once asking a Finnish paintball player about the matter, and he told me something along the lines that: "paintball is not so military-orientated as airsoft, and that's why we use more colourful clothing (also non-military) while playing in order to distinct the line between paintball and the more militaristic airsoft"

Personally, to me the military simulation in Airsoft is everything, the very "feel" that a sunday militarist such as me gets while "almost being there" draws me into it.

Call me a dirty wannabe, but at least I don't go around parading in rank insignias and seal tridents sewn on my BDU jacket.

Now, maybe my need for military simulations will die down when the "real thing" (army service) comes around in a few years, but until that time airsoft will remain as my primary "the closest to the action"-trip that I can have.

Jeez, this really gets me f*cking tired.

    1. It ain't Corea, it's Korea, for one thing. Republic of Korea, to be a bit more specific. Learn some elementary spelling.
    2. Why do people always have to mess with people, who enjoy their hobbies without doing any harm to anyone else? Either paintball games or survival games utilizing airsoft guns are both just leisure activities and nothing more or less than that. I'm not really fond of either games, but this really gets me angry when people laugh at the hobbies of other people for no treason. Either paintball gamers or survival gamers don't deserve your criticism nor your dispisement. For your own sakes, grow up.
    3. And for one thing, don't f*ck with something you've picked up from the contents of a Korean website. You couldn't read it anyway.

    tokdo korea
