    I serve on an equivalent unit here in the United Kingdom. I posted a thread of various photos of officers from units in my country a month or so ago. Here's the link;

    I've got a few 'super-duper action' photos of our CMTT around somewhere, if I can get my scanner to work.

    I meet a member of the RCMP's ERT, SouthWest Fraser Valley detachment. It was during a tour of the local RCMP detachment. He showed us all their gear. Interesting to know, that it seems those armour crew helmets they are wearing in the photos are only for training, they use PASGT Helmets in the field. Saw an MP-5A3 and M4A1 up close that day. Also interesting to know, that just because your a member of a team like the ERT, doesn't mean you know more about weapons and gear of that team then other people. To quote the ERT member, in ref. to the M4A1, "This is an M16, it's the rifle you would see in all those world war 2 movies and stuff..."

    Oh, and the tactical vests are very heavy, even without the trama plates inserted. :P
