I'm happy for Arsenal, but I would like to have at least one englishman playing in the Champions league. Well at least they had Walcott on the bench. Has he played for the Gunners yet?

    not yet.

And as a female journo recently pointed out, Toure cost 500k, Glen Johnson cost £6 million.
I know I'd rather have a team of superstars bought for pennies than a team of overpriced English players that are too busy getting hammered to play footy (Johnson, Pennant..)
Sean Wright Phillips £20million? What a joke.
The fact we had to pay £12 million for a relatively untried young English player is a ****ing joke, when Cesc was free. I'd like a team full of English players, but we don't have the finances of Chelski.

It was a great game and I hope the second leg will be just as good.

I realized that the last german is Lehmann. Should i be for Arsenal now? hmmmm.

I don't follow Arsenal outside of the champions league, can anyone tell me how he's doing? Sometimes i think he's better then Kahn. And i like his slightly arrogant way. A bit like Kahn, i guess it's the way good keepers are supposed to be. Well at least we have one position with 2 top guys for the cup, even though the second choice wont be on the roster at all, which is weird.

I'm biased, too. He played for Schalke (one of my 2 favourite Bundesliga teams) and i like him and dislike Bayern. But i guess the Bayern Mafia will support their "holy grail" Kahn. And the Bayern Mafia is strong within the federation. Although i think Kahn is still very good, too.

Luck is part of any game, what about the penalty that wasn't marked by the referee...

Oops, one yellow card too much, right? Hmmm, that's stupid. Forgot about that.
