I read that the ZSU23-2 got upgradet....what does that mean exaclty?
does the ZSU23-2 got night capability?

It's not ZSU-23-2 but ZU-23-3. The U implies the self propelled model

ZU-23-2 is the right answer as 2 means two 23mm guns..The "23" signifies the bore diameter in millimeters and the "2" signifies the number of gun barrels. The same for ZU-23-4 Shilka. ZU-23-3 doesn't exist I think.
