Honestly I don't know. But I'll take a wild guess that this grave should be in Britain. Since he was hospitalised there.

Admiral Samuel J. Locklear III of USN, Commander of Allied Joint Force Command Naples visits Chief of the Hellenic Navy General Staff Vice Admiral Dimitrios Eleusiniotis. Admiral Locklear is also Commander of U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Commander of U.S. Naval Forces Africa.
