She's a Naval Cadet. Can you see the "3" above the red chevrons? She's a junior (third-year) student in the Naval Academy bearing the rank of Petty Officer (two red chevrons). The yellowish small achor below "3" suggests that she'll become a Line Officer.

A C-27 military transport aircraft carrying specialised armed forces and security forces personnel is due to depart from Elefsina airport in Attica for Cyprus on Monday. The personnel on board will assist Cypriot authorities in determining the causes of the accident at the Evangelos Florakis base on the island. Several powerful explosions occurred a few minutes before 6:00 a.m. at the "Evaggelos Florakis" Coast Guard Naval Base at Zygi, near Limassol, where 98 containers of explosives were stored. The explosions resulted after two of the containers caught fire. According to Cypriot military sources, the 11 victims include five firefighters, four members of the National Guard and two sailors, but it is feared that the death toll may rise to 15, while at least 35 people have also been injured, three of which seriously.
