Alpha's the Real deal, however he also likes to play dress up, and he's a self admitted gearhead.

BTW, Thanks for the info on the MAV. I might just pick one up. That or one of those Mini-MAVs.
I just threw that on for the shoot, and it worked great. I'd had it on my 10/22 previously. A buddy of mine had one scout-mounted on a Nagant, and I figured if it can handle a Nagant, it could handle an AR15. I put about 500 rounds thru it and it's still holding zero.

I'm planning on replacing it with a CMore.

My other AR15 is almost done. I'm building an 11.5" with a fixed carrying handle. I filled out the SBR paperwork, and I'm trying to free up the tax money. I'm interested to see what arrives first; the SBR stamp or the parts!

Sticking a scope on your automatic rifle and throwing some camo netting in your pack don't make you a "sniper". Possible a DMR, but def not a sniper.

Please re-read my post where I said "kind of."

Not that you give a damn seeing as how you obviously just enjoy trolling in the airsoft section, but I borrowed that SG-1 for the day seeing as how the contact switch on my scar went out that day - damn moisture. "Sniping" in airsoft is incredibly useless, unless you intend on spending thousands of dollars for a good airsoft rifle. They're far too innacurate otherwise, and the BB is affected by the wind far too easily, making ranged shots (the advantage of "sniping") near impossible.

I feel that if one insists on sniping in airsoft, something thats just under the designated "Sniper" FPS and that can do full auto or semi-auto will suit one best. Here in wisconsin, it's usually 400FPS and lower are permitted to shoot opponents in ranges as close as but not closer than 10 ft. A "Sniper" which is over 400 FPS (with a .2g bb) requires 100' distance minimum... so you see the problem? Sniping in airsoft is just retarded if it isn't heavily invested in.
