Parachute need help

Could anyone to help me ID this Parachute what name is...and US green beret used it in between 70-80 please ?

No idea. During that time frame we used the MT1-XX which morphed into the current, MC-4. The XX pack was grey in color and the MC-4 is green. The MC-4 looks similar to the picture you posted but that's not a MC-4 IMO. The only thing I see off is the reserve closing flap, the absence of a colored RSL, and the flap for the ripcord stowway at the main closing flap. That just doesn't look like a MC-4. It could be modified. Both chutes are manufactured by Paraflite
