As an owner of a 79 series diesel LC bakkie/ute/pick-up. I have to say you just can not go wrong. Love 'em.

Might be Tacoma's. They would do that if you load 1/1.5T metric on a double cab (American..there is a difference ). Single cab Hilux's and LC's down here is another argument altogether.

    Don't I know it.

I look after a fleet of 550 Toyotas with every thing from Camry, Aurion, Hilux and every current L/C model. 300 of these are Hiluxs so everytime a recall comes out it is a pain in the arse to organise. The local dealer is flat out and can't do them quick enough and Toyota won't let us do them ourselves. Every other model is no problem at all they just keep on keeping on.

Hi everyone, I'm a 3rd year Games designer and am creating the Toyota in 3D for a game engine, it's looking good so far but I really need some propper references. If anyone has some good side/front/back views of the car, as straight as possible as they will be used to draw over, orthagraphic is best, that would be fantastic!

This is the model I'm after..

Thanks, but they're not quite what I need, the angles aren't right, picky I know, but you just can't do it without propper reference

its so good that insurgents are using it as technicals

but SF knows that having an ARMORED technical gives them the edge

    Lightbulb Guerrilla Trucks

    (article)

Why rebels and insurgent groups the world over love the Toyota Hilux pickup as much as their AK-47s.

A look at the ubiquitous Toyota Hilux. Interesting read, and I learned why they came to be called "technicals."
