Which have to be used in the US. Israel can not, IIRC, use that grant money to buy arms from, say, France.

It should also be noted several other countries gets substaintial grants as well, Egypt recieving one of the largest.

It is not classified.

Those spheres are a communication sistem, only present in Israeli Longbows :

ELTA EL/K-1891 SATCOM datalink , it mantains the helo over the horizon communication . They locate and track satcom throughout the mission skipping satellites during the flight.

Don´t forget Hueys.
