@Gomel - the pictures of the Nahal milium - is one of the guys there Australian ? The one standing behind the sniper ?
It seems there is very little room for the pilot's legs. can't this become dangerous in long flights (blood clogs etc')?
Also, what happens during ejection? if the pilot will go straight up, his legs from under the knee will get banged up, no? or because the plane keeps going in a different direction from the ejection, it works out?

The pilot won't go straight up, because the seat in the F-16 is inclined back. He will go up and back. 30 degree angle I believe?
