No...I dont think so. USMC is more closer to the Palsar's role or Matkal/Shaldag than Egoz. Like tanker said, Egoz is more specialised in a specific role. Still, they do other stuff like many SF units do this days...you can say that many units in IDF does what Egoz mainly does, but not that good or specialied like Egoz can do nor they have the manpower that Egoz has.
