An Iron Dome defense missile system is pictured near the southern city of Netivot on June 20, 2012.
Why 2 in the same place?

Definitely do not look like anything made by Palladium.

Maybe Garmont or similar high end hiking boots.

Probably not Palladium but rather ASOLO TPS.

Though last I heard the army was trying to ban units from purchasing those.

Each Iron Dome system has three launchers? They presumably have to be quite close to each other?

5 years later and I don't know how many kilometers my ASOLO TPS are still going strong!

Asolo are great, I use them in the mountain, I have many pairs of different Asolo boots, and all of them are really good.

Aye, three launchers per battery, but they don't have to be close to each other.

One pair did daily work in archeological sites for about 4 years, the other is my "clean" pair for special gigs guiding people who are requiring a better look on me, all are going strong (ven thought the old pair required re-glueing of the outer sole.

The only really bad wear and tear on my soles are because I wore them almost every single day for most of those 5 years (never bothered getting normal shoes after the army :P). I am an ASOLO customer for life. lol

Me too. I tried others and only use Asolo, and a pair of plastic Scarpa that I use for high altitude mountaineering
