i'e seen the rifle version in some armories, but i've never seen the shoulder launched version. Is it issued to the regular infantry battalions or just special units?

on a different note: I Wouldnt want to carry that beast in lebanon, the dense forest and bush land would tear that thing to peices, i hope they make a good back pack for it instead of the over the shoulder strap.

I just love the Matador. Hope Poland will purchase these babies and start producing them as well. As far as I known it's not so unrealistic as Nobel Defence and Mesko were planning the production of the system in Poland in case Poland will choose the succesor/addition to the good old RPG7.

A photograph supplied by the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) on 31 December 2008 shows an Israeli medic taking a badly injured Palestinian boy from a Palestinian medic at the Israeli side of the Erez Crossing where the cement walls (behind) separate Israel from the northern Gaza Strip, as Israel allows some Palestinians, wounded in recent Israeli air strikes during operation 'Cast Lead,' to be transfered to Israeli hospitals for urgent medical treatment
