    I've never seen this before, why is the holo sight put so far forward on the rail? The other guy has his in the normal center position. It is simply a personal preference? Wouldn't it result in a lot more sway when looking through the reticule?

    Not often seen in the IDF (because most soldiers don't have 4 railed-front grip), but it's easier to aim/find the dot and prevents tunnel-vision if the optic is mounted forward as possible.
    Altough looking at the pics i think he is goofing around (i think its the same person):

    Mounting tactical flashlight on the stock..

    In this case its probably just messing around.. But it has its advantages, I guess -

    It's more accurate to place those sights as forward as possible....

    It's less accurate to place them on removable plastic piece which move (a little bit) when firing...........

    Ignoring the flashlight on the stock, these guys look like they pay alot of attention to their gear, and as you all know how the soldiers gear looks tells you alot about the soldier itself.

    I just hope their fighting skills are at least half good as their gear.
