    Thank you.
Some pictures in this topic a while back shows a city created for training IDF soldiers, are those places only for the IDF or foreigners do train there as well. The question is because I see a lot of people in the law enforcement going to Israel to conduct anti-terrorism training and wonder if they were actually IDF managed and therefore all these facilities were available to them, or some private corporation that had its own infrastructure.
Its really hard to get some topic about Israel and the IDF without someone bringing the usual BS into the discussion.

They are trained in counter-terror by the IDF in IDF facilities .
Here is a TV report about US Marines that are trained for urban combat in the facility of Tzehelim in August 2011, before being sent to Afghanistan. The TV report is in Hebrew most of the interviews in it are in English:

    Nice photos!

Yet, apparently it's a dummy. Engine of the Arrow 3 without any guidance or warhead.

    The real test coming soon.

I've heard that the IDF recently got extra $2 billion in the budget which will allow for missile defense testing to continue. I sincerely hope so, the Arrow-3 is a beaut.

There is absolutely no chance that budgetary constrains will harm Arrow 3, Stunner, or Iron Dome right now.
