    Very interesting! Great Pictures! Gotta hand it to those guys, i'd NEVER go down a tunnel! I remember watching an interseting program on the History channel about these guys, many times they meet VC down there, gun fights ensued! Anyway great pics!!

    My grandfather was in 'Nam as a M-60 gunner with C Company, 8th Cavalry, 1st Air Cavalry Division in the Army. He was used as a tunnel rat because he was 5'5" and 115 pounds wet.

    One time he was crawling in a cave (one of many crazy ass Vietnam stories) he found 4 VC officers in a open room listening to a comedy act on the radio, smoking cigars. They all got .45's to the dome.

    Great pics, great guys.

    I've read that they sometimes brought an M2 carbine with them and when they **** hit the fan, they would call in, what they called, 'the canon'
