Do the "Securitas" get a police escort (while transfering money) or are armed with USPs and/r MP-5??

I have heard something about police escorts but i dont think that all deliveries have that kind of police protection.. They dont have any weapons but they should have. I mean, just look what is happening to them

And this **** happens often! At least 2-3 times a month

What they need is a fast, simple way to mark/destroy the money. If they were armed it would probably deter a good amount of the robbers, but the few who would attempt it would shoot first and ask questions later. Remove the possibility to get to the money and the robberies would stop.

Some of you gents seem to like this kind of pic's, so I dug up a few more:

A man armed with a knife was arrested in an apartment on Snödroppsgatan in Holma in Malmö around noon. The man had earlier stabbed a woman in the throat and threatened several people. The man wouldn't give up so the police was forced to a unit from Piketen with special weapons and protection to arrest the man. The police was forced to spray him in the face with pepper spray to make him give himself up before they could carry him out of the appartment.
