I'd say that would probably be correct, since immigration in Finland is so much lower than in Sweden..

Heavier crimes in Sweden such as transport-robberies are mainly done by criminal organisations with ther roots back in former Yugoslavia and other former east-block countries..

Maybe 25% of them are done by international crime organizations, but must of them are done by well-organized ethnic gangs located in Gothenburg, Malmo or Stockholm.

Quite sure they're plainclothes. It was a planned riot so the police had some time to prepare themselves.

The plainclothes would pretty much blend in with the rest of the extreme leftists, play along, pretend to be demonstrating, and when all hell breaks loose, they arrest the shitheads.
