    PPCLI snipers



    And the new .338 Lapua Timberwolf rifle they just got. Made in Canada


    A DM is a designated marksman. He is a guy in the unit who has proven himself to be a good shot and is given a different or more accurate weapon so the squad/ platoon leader can call on him to make specific shots. He is not given extra training in camouflage and concealment or stalking ect. like snipers are. ( Thats as far as I know anyway because Canada does'nt use DMs)

    Arent they starting up a program to bring DM's in?
