Yea, it's fabric tape.

It's meant to be used to seal and repair CBRN suits but it's become fashionable to make helmet bands out of it (in lieu of an NBC boot) or stick it over anything shiny.

Seems they make it in sand colour now too; it used to be green.

Have a look on Ebay UK under "sniper tape".
You will find it.

Ever heard about burning through vegetation with binos? Find out what it is and go fk yourself with a multicam *****, fgt airsofters. Assuming they have a very large amount of veg between them and thier target, If you point m22's in thier direction you're going to see two big dark spots, one with a very obvious human silhouette and three shiny, circular objects screaming "shoot me in the face please." Now, assuming no one saw them 'stalk' into this awesome position, and he manages to squeeze a round off, do you think he is going to hit what he is shooting at? Oh but he has a ghillie suit and a scope on a longrifle- of course! Please bunch yourself in the teeth. The rifle is resting- no, teetering, on the top of a plastic camera mount. The moment he fires the rifle it's going to slip off the top and he is going to drop his rifle, at the very least completely lose sight of his intented target. Oh but he has a spotter! Assuming he has maybe 7x-10 power little binos I doubt he even has a mil scale. Lets say he does. Do you think he's going to be able to read a vapor trail with his incredibly sturdy support? Thats assuming he can see through the veg they are burning through. Thats assuming theres even vegatation between them and the target. And last but not least, if they actually rememebered to put any vegetation between them and the target, if they are much farther than 200 meters, the slightest twig that round touches is going to effect the path of the bullet. Hey, maybe they stayed at a holidy inn express.

Does anyone know if there are any countries that use the CheyTac Intervention. It is probably my favorite rifle but I have never seen any pics of it in use by an actual military force.
