Reminder - History Channel has a 2 hour program on The Modern Sniper, including longest-distance shots, tonight (Sunday 12/20) - 9 PM Eastern, check your local etc. I see they have a thing on the evolution of the M-16 afterwards.
Sniper program repeats Monday evening, iirc.

Training of sniper detachments from 1 Armoured Cavalery Brigade, Polish Army, from Wesoła
(1 Warszawska Brygada Pancerna im. Tadeusza Kościuszki).

There is no such a unit as 1st Armoured Cavalery Brigade. In Wesoła you have 1st Armoured Brigade that in fact is a mechanized brigade (only one tank battalion with 40 PT-91).

It's question of translation; in fact there is 1 Warszawska Brygada Pancerna im. Tadeusza Kościuszki located in Wesoła... I just translated Polish word "pancerna" into "armoured cavalery" what is - IMHO - much more clear for English-speaking users; is this the real problem?
No it's not.
There is a significant difference between armored units and armored cavalry units. Do not translate "armored" as "armored cavalry".
