    Propably only uses it in the FFP to cover the scope and head/shoulder line.

    After trying the "heavy" ghilly suit in the greek summer I'm a fan of the "lighter kind and better FFP and natural camo ad on as needed

    I would say he is using his boonie backwards, so when he´s looking through the scope it´s concealed.

    Yeah, Thats at about 5m from muzzle. His depth started 30m forward of his firing point onto the observers 300m away. This position was confirmed by live engagement of a target at the observers end. This was taken after the shot and the told sniper to remove his ghille to demonstrate depth etc. The walker placed his hand on the barrel to indicate for the observers but they couldn't see from his shoulder down.

    I like pics like these that demonstrate skill as opposed to some dude in a ghille standing in front of a tree. I hate seeing some so called "Snipers" ghilled up breaking all the principles of concealment and wearing impractical kit
