    It's not a joke:
Five Dana-T howitzers are now in Bagram, awaiting further deployment to polish bases. You can expect pretty nice pictures in near future.

Some statistic in 2008 Poland has 944 tanks in line:
    - 584 of T-72 family - T-72A and T-72M (delivered 81-86), T-72M1 and T-72M1D (delivered 86-91)
    - 232 of PT-91 family PT-91 (92 tanks delivered 94-97), PT-91M (27 tanks delivered 97-98), PT-91MA1 (113 tanks delivered 98-02)
    - 128 of Leopard 2 A4 (made in 85-87)

The numbers of tanks will be reduced to ~750 with retirement of older T-72s, acquirement of new tanks is planed on year 2015.

Currently there are 12 operational tank battalions each of them using one type of tank - Leopard 2 battalions have 58 vehicles, other battalions have 53 vehicles (battalion commander vehicle and four companies each one of them with 13 vehicles), rest of tanks is used (in small amount) in training centers or placed in storage.

Basic APC is BMP-1, there are around 1300 vehicles of this type in line (part of them placed in storage), with planes to deeply upgrade some number of BMP-1 with (among others) new unmanned turret with 30mm chain gun and ATGM luncher.

Second APC is all time growing number of KTO Rosomak (690 vehicles ordered to equip 8 battalions, over 200 delivered - there are some planes of acquirement of more Rosomaks in the future).

It will never happen, not at all . There will no purchases of new (or used) tanks for land forces till 2018 IIRC. Well if our PT91 and Leopards were modernized, equipped with new ammo and upgraded it would be a big success.

You can find some details there:

Thanks for info. Shame... Well, as far as i know more than 500 of "older" T-72 will be retired. Will Polish Land Forces stay with only 128 Leo and ~300 PT-91 or modernized/upgraded T-72?
Recently we have economical crysis, so I believe that any plans for CV90120 will be cancelled as well...
