Minnesota almost became higher on the "hates freedom" list last week when they were imposing how to budget. So instead of putting a clothing tax on or making alcohol higher percentage of tax, they just put a tax on the richer. Singles who make more than 150k per year and family who makes more than 250k per year. Thank god, because I am tired of spending so much money on booze. I usually run to Wisconsin to pick up whenever I can.
Come to Michigan. We have lakes, snow, low beer tax and you will see we have 3 of the top beer cities in America

Yes, it has very good taste, especially the blonde one in the black bottle (paradox). One friend of mine wrote a short but nice letter to the company saying that he likes the taste and he will suggest the beer to his friends. He received a box with 10-12 of them with a glass! I was so jealous that I wrote a long letter, with many details, some suggestions etc. I did not receive anything, just a short message where they were thanking me.. I was so angry that I promised not to drink it anymore. I did not keep my promise...

Nah, DeathMitch is my nickname. I can change it to La Chouffe
Looking forward to the Malt and Vine anniversary party tomorrow. There will be some great beers from local breweries, as well as the special M&V anniversary brew from Black Raven Brewery for this year, and all the previous years as well.
My own Pilsner. It isn't perfect. I used flaked barley which left it hazy. I'll use Carapils instead next time. The Tettnanger hops are herbal, lemony and nice. Bavarian yeast is nice and crisp. Best of all the wife loves it. I brewed this for her. She loves Becks but AB/INBev broke it.
