Kermilek... thanks again for remaining my chilhood. I really liked Kermilek a Vohomurka (Żwirek i Muchomorek) besides the begining music theme. It was a nightmare...

USA, NATO want to buy Vera radar from Czech Republic
Prague, June 23 (CTK) - The United States has completed testing of the
Czech Vera radar system and it is interested in acquiring it, the public
    Czech Television (CT) reported today.
NATO also wants to have the Vera passive radar system in its arsenals, CT
    said.
The USA tested Vera for six months and following the tests, U.S. Defense
Secretary Donald Rumsfeld personally recommended the Czech radar to the
    U.S. allies, CT said.
"We have come across the far greater interest in the use of this system in
NATO, both from the USA and NATO itself,"Czech NATO emissary Fuelle said.
The alliance that is building the new command system and the air control
system would like to equip aircraft with Vera.
According to NATO investment department director Marshall Billingsley,
there were also discussions on whether helicopters could carry the radar.
Vera is produced by the Pardubice-based Era company in east Bohemia. The
company declined to comment on the talks because the medialisation in the
    past harmed it, CT said.
The state-of-the art Vera radar system is a unique equipment which is
capable of detecting the presence of another radar and determine its type
    without being uncovered itself.
It consists of four relatively small stations, placed several tens of
kilometres from each other. It positions objects according to the time
their signals take to reach its particular stations.
Vera can simultaneously monitor up to 200 aircraft and its is able to very
precisely determine their distance and altitude.
It is a more sophisticated successor to the Tamara system.
