    I saw "The Departed" last night...drunk (movie kicked ass)

    got 4 hours of sleep and then...

    I threw up at PT this morning

    Its not early morning PT unless you spew bro. I had this awesome PT session ( we are allowed to drink every fri,sat,sun at recruit school) and this was monday morning after a good night on the Jim Beam and Cola's... we were doing those star jumps.. heres me in the corner basically using my arms.. no legs and spewing every 10 seconds. Was awesome

    He is probably one of the most dedicated actors today, about 7 months after that movie he started filming "Batman Begins" were he weighed in at 220 pounds, not bad when you look at him when he was around 125 pounds.
