It's not loaded and I don't play with it like it's a toy(It's been put away already). My pistol is no farther then an arm leanghts away at all times when I home. My company doesn't have a problem with me carrying my weapon when I'm at work since I have a CHL. Some company in Houston are cool with it some not.
