Appears my entire city had a blackout last night. Lights in my room went off so i tried to flip the switch again, nothing.. Looking outside, not even the streetlights were on. There was some strange noise coming from a kilometer or two to the north, almost like a steel cable flexing...

Fuppin broadband went down for an hour and a half, then fuppin PC crashed and lost a big old mail. Takes ages to get all my stuff opened again and back to where I was. Rather than vent my frustration in some random thread I took a breath and came here.

Just had my top 2 wisdom teeth taken out. 1 came out in less than a minute, other too 15 minutes of tuggin. I hurt now.

I missed, or actually a tree missed me by 30 secs today. Coming back from lunch break, old birch decided to give up and it fell just across the road. I had just parked the car and heard it coming down. Good timing is everything, it seems.
