Btw, after a year of membership with a gunclub you can order yourself one of these maybe?

Well, once I have my license I was thinking of either a Tikka T3 (Made by the same guys as those fancy shmancy SAKO sniper rifles but way cheaper) or a Howa 1500. Both are very affordable, have a good reputation for accuracy and looking at the Roedale website, you can seriously pimp them. lol

@Pandemonium: They are in NL..It has to do with the age of the weapon and the size of the projectile, simply put.

The gun is, but the ammo isn't. You'll still need a licence for that or a club membership and buy ammo for range use only though the club.

Is it just me or is shooting (as a sport) way more popular in Belgium than here?

Done my good deed for today, sorted a South African guy out, his boat had blown a hose, jumped on the scoot and found him a new one, but only after he had walked about 5miles.
