Nope, the safety templates for large calibre rifles are under consideration still. The KNSA used a different calculation method that was not accepted. They will now use the government method and reapply.
Well, once I have my license I was thinking of either a Tikka T3 (Made by the same guys as those fancy shmancy SAKO sniper rifles but way cheaper) or a Howa 1500. Both are very affordable, have a good reputation for accuracy and looking at the Roedale website, you can seriously pimp them. lol
