Are all Finns good drivers as they've been made out to be on Top Gear?

This Swedish politeness. All the Swedes I've talked about hockey have said that whenever it's not against Sweden, they'll support Finland. Over here it's the other way round. Finns support whoever plays against Sweden, even Russia. If Finland doesn't win, the only thing that matters is that neither does Sweden. In cross-country skiing, we support anyone but the Norwegians.

Of course. Knowing how to handle car on slide in essential in winter conditions.

Regarding handling, yes. Regarding how to fare in traffic, no. Generally Finns drive too slowly on my taste, except when you try to overtake the slower car he accelerates, because being overtaken means losing. We are quite selfish, unlike the Swedes who are polite even behind the wheel.

Many Finns are a rural people. They get fvcked up when they see roundabouts, traffic lights or worse, congested traffic in the capital region. Not to mention trams in Helsinki, they scare the crap out of countryside people.

Powersliding on purpose is an everyday scene in the wintertime.

Whats the crack with US colleges or workplaces accepting overseas qualifications? Does it vary by state?

Afternoon, overcast grey here. No rain though. Deciding what to make for tea.

The restaurant is serving pitta and barbecue today. Tired of not having a kitchen though.

Save for the handling, it's much the same here in the United States. We're assholes when people try to overtake us or pass us. And roundabouts are just God awful in all nations...regardless of city or rural lifestyles.

Also, I believe everyone loves to powerslide in the winter.

    Thanks for the input!

Is it true that the average Swedish parent leaves their child in the IKEA ballpit 14.3 hours a day?
