Changed her oil with Rotella 15w40
Oil Filter
Fuel Filter
Spark Plugs
Working on getting the top working electronically
Replaced some fuses, and bulbs
Cleaned the engine all out
Got the top motor cover put on that way it looks better while driving.
And cleaned the leather/vacuumed.
Shes looking nice. In 5 days I'll be able to wash her and restore all the black trim, clean wheels, and clean the headlights, but I can't do that until the 5 days are up. Also thinking of getting some yellow fog light assemblies

After a few visual things (foglights, front splitter, rear diffuser, and a M3 style lip spoiler) the suspension is up next (Front and rear sway bars, front strut brace, coilovers)
It looks good already. Don't go too far. Not that I'm sure what too far is.

As a VW/Audi driver I have to say...I am disappoint.
But it sounds cool. Gotta get my own ride this winter and i'll have a lot of plans for it.

You'll love this: Guy across the street has had a Cobalt for years. He spent i'd say about $10-15,000 on it. He had mulitple wheel sets 3 different spoilers and all this stupid useless stuff. He won a few competitions and took it to shows and whatnot. Then he trades it away for next to nothing for ANOTHER Cobalt, only difference was that it was a Cobalt SS. He just bought new wheels, hood, spoiler, lights, turbo stages and the list goes on.
Lesson: go to aftermarket forums or cardomain and find a combination or car that you want to imitate and follow it strictly. Cus you'll buy parts you want at the moment and wanna buy one you like more mere months later.
My son has just done a deal on a 3 series, gets it wednesday hopefully.
