Yep.
We're finding that out in the IT industry. We've made it so easy to work remotely, that our bosses figured out that "someone much cheaper who is good enough" can do the work remotely instead. And, they even speak 'da English.

Thanks, I think it would have been quite expensive, had to discard 2/3rds of it, but well worth the trouble methinks.
I was seven weeks away from my unit on two different courses/trainings and when I came back I had to march directly into a biwak.
Now the biwak os over and I have to change rooms in my company building, I'm not allowed to be deployed and everyone without a sense of common knownledge/sense seems to be in charge.
