We'll just make the most of it by offering 'waterfront property'.

Something like that, spread over a large area, the rudder is normally about 2" out of the water, when I can no longer see it, I know it needs attention

The Canal was actually dug by poldering the IJ bay and cutting through the dunes in the Ijmuiden area. Before that time, the dike on our side of the channel used to hold back the IJ in it's totality. The current situation is an improvement :P It's quite old as well, our part of the Noorder IJ en Zeedijk has been around since the 13th century.

    Background:

So I had a bad "break-up" with some old high school buddies about a year or so ago.

Still have 4 of their old XBOX 360 games, each title has since had a sequel.

    Problem:

I want to trade in these games for some game credit since they haven't asked for them back yet. But what if they ask me for them back? I could always buy them the games back I guess.

    From you:

Should I trade these games in???

Is that really something you need to consult with other people?

But ok, I'll answer: these are their games, not yours.

Breaking upwith friends is very hard, because you can't use the standard line without causing confusion.

Once seen a doku about a Dutch project regarding swimming houses. Looked like fun. And no long way when going fishing.
