work Buddy just told me he threw the then British Minister (haseltine) for defence off the shop floor due to lack of safety attire Apparently in came up in some question time later so he got his moment off fame... along with a serious chat with his employer lol.
He got a posting to Brazil shortly after apparently.

I can tell I'm back to building muscle mass...but I'm wanting to drop weight...doesn't help that I haven't run longer than 30 minutes...I need to step my game up.

Seriously. Even now, i'ts better that most of what you find.
I agree. If you watch Serenity, you can certainly see that there were enough story arcs and underlying long term plot to go for another season. I was left wanting, but the movie did quell some of that hunger.

I would like to see a new Star Trek show...But one directed at a more mature audience. DS9 went the right direction in that regard..

To get lean you do higher amount of reps with a lot lower weight. To gain weight you lift high amounts of weight with small amount of reps. Running for some people won't drop you weight...
