I can tell I'm back to building muscle mass...but I'm wanting to drop weight...doesn't help that I haven't run longer than 30 minutes...I need to step my game up.

I agree. If you watch Serenity, you can certainly see that there were enough story arcs and underlying long term plot to go for another season. I was left wanting, but the movie did quell some of that hunger.
