The suns up and the birds are singing, spring has sprung, I reckon.

Defenently got a springy sensation over here.

    Birds be a singing.
    Sun be a shinging.
    Laaa la - la laaa.

    This rhyming business is hard.

Weather is clearing up over here too. It was pretty chilly and miserable this morning....Then again, waking up at 0200 on a Sunday does not cheer one up..

    10°C, cloudy but sunny.

Girlfriends niece arrived, I supplied them with copious amounts of tea and chocolate. Gossiping in progress.

Almost went on a rage, when I asked my bro in law what motor oil they used on the Jeep cause I need to top it off and his answer was "Oh diesel oil" FUUUUUuuuu....! But before doubting a 2 time national off road champion over here I did some research and a lot of Jeep owners do this due to the high zinc content which cleans the engines. Peeking at my cylinder heads they are indeed very clean for its age. Rage averted.

And lo, the beast looked upon the face of Jeep, and Jeep stayed his hand. And from that day forward, he was as one dead

    Seriously James, I'm worried

I would generally feel bad about doing something like this but after being screwed over by the school I feel no remorse now. The US college system is the biggest legal racket ever created. They bend you over, stick a big black dick they call tuition in you, and we happily pay for the raping like the rubes we are. God damn this society.
Over here the law requires that publishers have to report a price to the Media Commissariat and maintain it for IIRC a year, and stuff can't be sold under a minimum price, which is both a blessing and a curse for students, as the law does make an exception for sudent's associations, which are allowed to give members a 10% discount when they order their books through them, and allows for a 5% discount on textbooks in general. That being said, i suspect textbooks here are generally not as ridculously expensive as in the states, though that might be different for specialized curriculum like yours. Most I paid so far was €90 something for my Van Dale Great Dictionary English-Dutch. Lecturers wanted us to buy a book on Historical Linguistics that would be another €90, but luckily PDF's were available

Those books are always overpriced, saved myself 200 € last semester by going to the library and just copy one of those books, 5€ and 15 minutes of copying, but it was totally worth it

My obsession with the Jeep? I always wanted it ever since I was kid, so I finally got it. So given my shallow emotional levels Im happy as heck that I got it and focus on the vehicle.

    DONT JUDGE ME!!! hehe
