Over here, in the Netherlands, it can be cheaper to import them as parts. You'll need some time and a place to put it together though.
I've seen those bikes yeah I love the old designs. Im pretty sure the guy I talked to was laughing to the idea that of all the Harley's there I was more interested with the Blue Sportster.
@ Tercio, yeah it would be the same here. All our neighboring countries already have a dealership, somehow they skipped us.
Second hand and some tlc could save you lots of money.
Well it is a second hand. a Second hand Harley here costs more than a new one in the US. I am fine with a second hand since I can have a lil customization without voiding a warranty.
A second hand, depending on condition, type and year, will cost between €6000 and €15000 over here.
The cheapest used sportster I found was 8000 Euros here
